Eggs (± 3) | ± 150 g |
Dry Yeast CREDIN PASTRY |
± 25 g |
or Fresh Yeast | ± 75 g |
Water | ± 300 g |
PROCEDURE
Knead all ingredients during ± 20 min.
Resting time: ± 15 min.
Divide, Weight and Roll.
Shape in the desired formats (Berlinas, Doughnuts).
Place in trays previously greased with CREFINO SPRAY.
Prove and then fry. Frying temperature: ± 170 ºC.
For Berlinas decorate with sugar and for filling use BAGE CREMIN or CREDICREM.
For Doughnuts decorate with suga and cinnamon, FONDANT, CREDICAU LISCREME or CREDICAU LISCREME BRANCO, etc.
