Semi-complete powder product used to produce Custard Cream. Cold Preparation. 
Less intensive yellow colour.

RECIPE

APOLO

1 kg
Sugar 1 kg
Water 3 kg

PROCEDURE

Place the water in the mixer. 
Add APOLO and sugar, previosly mixed. 
Whip ± 3 minutes at medium speed.
