RECIPE

CRELINE (whipped)

CREDIN NEUTRAL BASE

250 g
Water (ambient temperature) 250 g

PROCEDURE

Add CREDIN BASE NEUTRA to water and whip until is dissolved.
Add whipped CRELINE and mix well.
Fill the rings and place in the refrigerator or freezer to solidify.
Remove the rings and complete the decoration.
Keep the cakes in refrigerator or freezer.
For Bavarois or Mousses, fill in serving cups and decorate.
Keep the serving cups in refrigerator.
