CREDIN CUPCAKES

Original name: Credin Queques. 
Complete powder product to produce Cupcakes, Muffins and others small cakes.

RECIPE

CREDIN CUPCAKES

1 kg 15 kg
Oil 300 g 4,5 kg
Eggs (± 6) 300 g (± 90) 4,5 kg
Water ± 250 g ± 3,75 kg

PROCEDURE

Place CREDIN CUPCAKES in the mixer and gradually add eggs and water, mixing with the spatula at medium speed during ± 5 minutes.
Add the oil and keep mixing until an homogeneous paste is obtained.
With a pipig bag, fill the cupcake molds previously greased with CREFINO SPRAY. 
Bake. Baking temperature: ± 220 ºC (keep closed the oven air valve).
When the cakes start growing up, open the air valve. 
Baking time: ± 12 to ± 15 minutes.
