Mix all the ingredients with the spatula for about 1 ± minute at slow speed, and ± 2 minutes at medium speed.
Form the pieces and place in baking trays previously greased with CREFINO SPRAY.
Bake at ± 220 ºC / ± 230 ºC during ± 30 / ± 35 minutes, keeping opened the oven air valve.

Mix all ingredients with the spatula at medium speed for ± 3 minutes.
Flavor (option) with lemon or orange zest, cinnamon powder, etc.
Form the cakes with a spoon and Fry in oil at ± 160 ºC / ± 170 ºC.
Wrap or powder the fried cakes "sonhos" with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Bags of 10 kg.
