CREDIN SWEAT DOUGH YEAST

Original name: Levedura Credin Pastelaria. 
Instant dry Yeast used for Pastry applications.

Dosage: Use approximately 1/3 of the amount of fresh yeast described in the recipe.

PROCEDURE

Replace 1 kg of fresh yeast by 330 g of CREDIN SWWET DOUH YEAST.
Add the weight difference in water
Mix the yeast and flour and add the remaining ingredients. 
Knead the dough as usual.
