DIAVIVA CHOCOLATE

Complete powder product to produce various types of cakes with no added sugars and with a Chocolate flavor: Cakes, Tarts, Cup Cakes, Muffins, Cookies, etc.

Contains naturally occurring sugars.

RECIPE

DIAVIVA CHOCOLATE

1000 g 5 kg
Eggs 350 g 1,75 kg
Oil 300 g 1,5 kg
Water 200 g 1 kg

PROCEDURE

Mix all the ingredients with spatula at low speed during ± 4 minutes.
Fill the pans or molds previously greased with CREFINO spray release agent or trays covered with sulfur or siliconized paper.

  • Rectangular molds: 350 g de massa;
  • Round molds (Ø 18 cm), with hole: 550 g;
  • Tarts (Ø 18 cm e 3 cm altura): 300 g
  • Small Tarts (Ø 10 cm): 45 g

Baking:

  • Rectangulares & Round molds: ± 180 °C, ± 40 to 45 minutes;
  • Tarts: ± 180 °C, ± 30 minutes;
  • Small Tarts: ± 180 ºC, ± 15 a 20 minutes.
  • Cup Cakes, Tulips and Muffins:  ± 220 °C, ± 18 a 20 minutes
