Original name: Credi Biscuimix Chocolate. 
Complete powder product to produce Sponge Cakes, Swiss Rolls and other different kind of sponge cakes.
Sponge cakes with a good crumb structure. Greater versatility in the preparation of different cakes.

PROCEDURE

Mix CREDI BISCUIMIX CHOCOLATE with eggs and whip at fast speed for ± 7 / ± 10 minutes.
Deposit the dough in baking pans or trays previously greased or covered with sulfur paper or siliconized paper.
Bake.
Temperatures and times of baking:
  - Sponge Cakes: ± 180 ºC, for ± 30 min.
  - Pão de Ló: ± 180 ºC, for ± 30 min.
  - Swiss Rolls: ± 240 ºC, for ± 8 to 10 min.
  - Sponge Cookies: ± 230 ºC / ± 240 ºC, for ± 7 to 10 min
It’s advisable to remove the Sponge and Pão de Ló cakes from the trays after baking.
