CREDI SOFTCAKE HONEY & CINNAMON

Original name: Credi Softcake Mel & Canela. 
Complete powder product to produce various types of Honey & Cinnamon Cakes and also Cupcakes.  

RECIPE

CREDI SOFTCAKE HONEY & CINNAMON

1 kg
Eggs ± 350 g
Oil 300 g
Water ± 225 g
Raisins (optional) 90 g

Note: Credi Softcake 1 kg: Standard recipe for a tray with 30 x 30 x 4 cm.

PROCEDURE

Mix all the ingredients with spatula at low speed during ± 3 minutes.
Fill the trays or pans previously greased with CREFINO SPRAY.
For cake trays or pans bake at ± 160ºC / ± 170ºC during ± 50 minutes.
For cupcakes bake at ± 220 ºC during ± 15 min. / ± 20 minutes.
