CREDIN MILK PUDDING CUP CAKE

Original name: Credin Queijadas de Leite. 
Complete powder product for milk pudding cup cakes, swiss rolls, pies and puddings.

RECIPE

CREDIN QUEIJADAS LEITE

1 kg 10 kg
Eggs (± 9) 450 g 4,5 kg
Water 600 g 6 kg

PROCEDURE

Whip all the ingredients at low speed during ± 5 minutes.
Rest the dough for ± 20 minutes.
Fill the cup cakes previously greased with CREFINO Spray or covered with short dough for pies. 
Bake at ± 220 °C / ± 230 ºC (deck oven) for ± 20 minutes.
After baking, let it cool and then remove from the cup cakes.
Place the cakes in paper cups. Decorate with CREDIGEL PRONTO or POWDER SUGAR CREDIN.
