CREDI SOFTCAKE LEMON

Original name: Credi Softcake Limão. 
Complete powder product with lemon juice to produce various types of Lemon Cakes, Cupcakes, Swiss Rolls and Cookies.

Cakes & Muffins Swiss Rolls Cookies

CREDI SOFTCAKE LIMÃO / LEMON

1000 g 1000 g 1000  g
Eggs 320 g 360 g 100 g
Vegetable Oil 270 g 270 g ------
Water 200 g 230 g ------

Margarine CREDIN MASSAS (dough)

------ ------ 300 g

PROCEDURE

Mix all the ingredients with spatula at low speed during ± 4 minutes.
Fill the trays or pans previously greased with CREFINO spray release agent.

CAKES, SWISS ROLLS, TULIP & MUFFINS:

  • Rectangular molds: 350 g de massa;
  • Round molds (Ø 18 cm) with hole: 550 g;
  • Tulips & Muffins: 80 g.

Baking:

  • Rectangulares & Round molds: ± 180 °C, ± 40 to 45 minutes;
  • Tarts: ± 180 °C, ± 30 minutes;
  • Swiss Rolls: ± 230 °C, ± 8 minutes;
  • TULIPS & MUFFINS:  ± 220 °C, ± 18 a 20 minutes

COOKIES:

Remove the dough from the mixer and make a roll.
Divide into portions of ± 30 g and form small balls.
Deposit on tray previously greased with CREFINO spray release agent or lined with grease proof or siliconized paper.
Bake at ± 230 ⁰C; ± 8 minutes.
Yield: ± 52 cookies
