CREDI SOFTCAKE YOGURT AND RED FRUITS
Original name: Credi Softcake Iogurte e Frutos Vermelhos.
Complete powder product with red fruit pieces (strawberry, blackberry, blueberry and raspberry) to produce various types of Yogurt and Red Fruits Cakes and also Cupcakes.

| Oil | 300 g | 1,5 kg | 3,0 kg |
| Water | ± 225 g | ± 1,125 kg | ± 2,250 kg |
Note: Credi Softcake 1 kg: Standard recipe for a tray with 30 x 30 x 4 cm.
PROCEDURE
Mix all the ingredients with spatula at low speed during ± 3 minutes.
Fill the trays or pans previously greased with CREFINO SPRAY.
For cake trays or pans bake at ± 160ºC / ± 170ºC during ± 50 minutes.
For cupcakes bake at ± 220 ºC during ± 15 min. / ± 20 minutes.
