CREDI SOFTCAKE WHOLEMEAL

Original name: Credi Softcake Integral. 
Complete powder product to produce various types of Wholemeal Cakes and also Cupcakes.  
 

RECIPE

CREDI SOFTCAKE WHOLEMEAL

Eggs ± 350 g ± 1,75 kg ± 5,25 kg
Oil 300 g 1,5 kg 4,5 kg
Water ± 225 g ± 1,125 kg ± 3,375 kg

Note: Credi Softcake 1 kg: Standard recipe for a tray with 30 x 30 x 4 cm.

PROCEDURE

Mix all the ingredients with spatula at low speed during ± 3 minutes.
Fill the trays or pans previously greased with CREFINO SPRAY.
For cake trays or pans bake at ± 160ºC / ± 170ºC during ± 50 minutes.
For cupcakes bake at ± 220 ºC during ± 15 min. / ± 20 minutes.
