CREDI SOFTCAKE CHOCOLATE P

Complete powder product to produce various types of Dark Chocolate Cakes, like the "Brigadeiro" cake, other Cakes and also Cupcakes. 
The cakes are more resistant to handling, cutting and have good syrup absorption capacity.

Cakes Swiss Rolls

CREDI SOFTCAKE CHOCOLATE P

1 kg 1 kg
Eggs 350 g 400  g
Oil 300 g 300 g
Water 225 g 250 g

Nota: Credi Softcake 1 kg: Standard recipe for a tray with 30 x 30 x 4 cm.

PROCEDURE

Mix all the ingredients with spatula at low speed during ± 3 minutes.
Fill the trays or pans previously greased with CREFINO Spray.
For cake trays or pans bake at ± 160ºC / ± 170ºC during ± 50 minutes.
For Swiss Rolls bake at ± 230 ºC during ± 10 minutes.
For cupcakes bake at ± 220 ºC during ± 15 min. / ± 20 minutes.
