Original name: Credin Bolo de Arroz. Complete product used to produce traditional Rice Cupcakes.

RECIPE

CREDIN BOLO DE ARROZ / CREDIN RICE CUPCAKE

Oil 250 g 3,75 kg
Water ± 400 g ± 6 kg

PROCEDURE

Place all the ingredients in the shaker.
 Mix (paddle): ± 5 min. (medium speed) you obtain an homogeneous paste. 
With a piping bag, fill in the moulds for the Rice Cupcakes.
Baking temperature: ± 210 ºC / 220 ºC, maintaining the air locked
Baking time: ± 15 min. 
After observing some growth in the cakes, open the air.
