Complete powder product to produce Chocolate Muffins.

RECIPE

CREDIN CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

1 kg 15 kg
Oil 400 g 6 kg
Water ± 400 g ± 6 kg

PROCEDURE

Mix all the ingredients together, with a spatula at medium speed, for ± 5 minutes, until a homogeneous paste is obtained. 
With a piping bag, fill in the molds for Muffins.
Bake. Baking Temperature: ± 210 ºC / ± 220 ºC, keeping closed the air valve. 
When the muffins start growing up, open the air valve. 
Baking time: ± 15 minutes.
