CREDIN COBERTURA (Cover) CHOCOLATE

Ready to use Chocolate gel to Cover and Fill cakes and bavarois. Gives to decorations a natural shine. The use of Dutch cocoa offers an excellent Chocolate flavor. Refrigeration and freezing stable.

  • Excellent adherence to the surface of the cakes and bavarois.
  • For decorations it is very stable at the vertical surfaces of the cakes.
  • Adequate for cold or warm applications.
  • When used warm it gives a smoother finishing.
  • Direct application with spatula or piping bag.
  • Good for writing and drawing decorations.

For Fillings it can be used straight from the pail or mixed with whipped cream 
or non-dairy cream.

APPLICATION

  • Direct application from the pail.
  • For warm applications it must be pre-heated on microwave
    or bain-marie at 45°C to 50°C.
