CREDINGEL

Powder product for hot preparation of Glazes for hot application in shiny finnishing's and decorations of Pastry.
Credingel can be heated to liquefy again (thermoreversible).
After application it is refrigeration and freezing stable. 

RECIPE

PROCEDURE

Boil the water and add CREDINGEL mixing with a whip until it is completely dissolved.
Heat again and bring to boiling point. 
Rest for about 5 minutes and apply with brush or a heated spray system.
