CREDIGEL SPRAY

Gel ready to apply with spray machines, in hot applications, for the finishing of Pastry products.
Direct application from the bag-in-box.
Neutral color and flavor. It can be applied on fresh fruit.
For the application it is necessary adequate spray equipment. Adapts to applications with industrial equipment. 

PROCEDURE

Open the packaging lid and attach the spray hose adapter.
After reaching the temperature of 85 °C to 90 °C, apply vertically at a distance of 10 to 15 cm, on the final product.
