CREDIGEL GLAZE

Original name: Credigel Brilho. 

Concentrated gel, in paste, with a neutral color and a slight aroma, for shining finishing's and decorations of Pastry.
Credigel Glaze can be heated to liquefy again (thermoreversible).

PROCEDURE

Remove from the pail the desired quantity, add up to 50% of water and heat until boiling point.
Heat application with brush or with a heated spray system.
After application it is refrigeration and freezing stable.
