CREMA COFFEE MOKA

Original name: Crema Café Moka. 
Fat emulsion with coffee, for filling, coverage and decoration of Pastry. 
Light brown colour and coffee flavour. 
Can be used directly from the pail or whipped with a spatula.

PROCEDURE

Whip with spatula for ± 10 minutes at medium speed. 
After whipped, the creamy emulsion should double its initial volume, acquiring a lighter moka colour. 
Liqueurs can be added.
