Complete powder product to produce Portuguese Fried Doughs "Sonhos".

BASIC RECIPE

CREDI FRIED CAKES

Water 2000 g

RECIPE for PUMPKIN or Carrot FRIED CAKES "Sonhos"

CREDI FRIED CAKES

1000 g
Water 1600 g
Pumpkin or Carrot Puree 400 g

PROCEDURE

Mix all ingredients with the spatula ± 1 min. at slow speed and ± 5 min. at medium speed.
Flavor (option) with lemon or orange zest, cinnamon powder, etc.
Form the cakes with a spoon and Fry in oil at ± 160 ºC / ± 170 ºC.
To fry we suggest the use of adequate frying fat CREDIN FRITOS.
Wrap or powder the fried cakes "sonhos" with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
