CREDI CHEESECAKE

Complete powder product to produce Cheesecake Pies and Cakes. 

RECIPE

DOUGH:

CREDI COOKIES BASE I

1000 g

Margarine CREDIN PLATES FOR DANISH PASTRY

300 g
Water ± 125 g

FILLING:

CREDI CHEESECAKE

200 g
Cream Cheese  480 g
Eggs ± 100 g
Water ± 260 g

PROCEDURE

Knead with spatula at slow speed, all ingredients of the dough for ± 3 min. / ± 5 min.
Laminate the dough to a thickness of ± 4 mm.
Previously grease with CREFINO SPRAY the pans for the tarts (20 cm of Ø), and cover with the dough, removing the excess. 

Whip the ingredients for the filling at medium speed, during  ± 5 min.
Deposit the filling in the pie pans. 
Bake at a Temperature ± 160 ºC / ± 170 ºC during ± 45 min. / ± 50 min.

Recipe Yield:
 3 pies with ± 20 cm of Ø and ± 650 g.
