CREDIN SWEET BROAS

Original name: Credin Broas Doces.
Complete Powder product to produce traditional Portuguese country style cinnamon spiced cookies.

RECIPE

DOUGH:

CREDIN SWEET BROAS 

1 kg
Water ± 350 g
Eggs ± 50 g

MIXED FRUITS:

CANDIED FRUITS  

± 400 g

DRY NUTS MIX  

± 100 g

DRIED SULTANA RAISINS

± 200 g

PROCEDURE

 Knead the ingredients of the dough with a spatula in slow speed for ± 3 to ± 5 minutes.
Add the mixed fruits and knead gently.
Rest about 15 minutes.
With the help of flour, shape the pieces making small rolls or cylinders.
Place the pieces in baking trays previously greased with CREFINO SPRAY or covered with siliconized paper.
With the hands flatten slightly the pieces. Bake.
Baking temperature:  ± 240 ºC / ± 250 ºC during ± 10 min (depending on the size of the pieces).
