100 % vegetal fat emulsion in paste and without hydrogenated fats, used for all kind of Bread doughs.

Advisable for soft crumb Breads such as Loaf Bread, Hamburguer bread, Hot Dog bread, etc.  

Also used to improve the Bread crumb.

Application: 1 % to 4 % over flour total weight.
