PAN UP RUSTIC

Original name: Pan Up Rústico.

Powder bread improver used to produce rustic breads (large breads or doughs with longer resting time). 

Provides a soft and fresh crumb with a slightly dark colour and a lightly acid flavour, typical characteristics of breads with sour dough and breads with longer fermentation period.
