CREDIN BAKERY DRY YEAST

Original name: Levedura Credin Padaria. 

Instant dry Yeast used for Bread applications.
Dosage: Use approximately 1/3 of the amount of fresh yeast described in the recipe.

PROCEDURE

Replace 1 kg of fresh yeast by 300 g of CREDIN BAKERY YEAST.
Add watter to complete the weight difference.
Mix the yeast and flour and add the remaining ingredients. 
Work the dough as usual.
